Dr. Naveen Bhat/ MBBS

His Journey

A native of Dakshin Kannada region, Naveen did his graduation in medicine from Bangalore Medical College & Research Institute. While undergoing his medical internship, Naveen interacted with many patients. These interactions provided him a keen perspective of societal issues leading to health concerns among people. This also inspired him to aspire for Civil Services as his further career path. He plunged into the preparation straightaway after graduation, but could not clear the Prelims. But his persistence and never say die attitude helped him ace the exam with AIR 37 in the second attempt.

His Journey

Hailing from Tumkur district in Karnataka, Priyanka was brought up by her father after her mother's demise. She was proficient in academics and equally proficient in Bharatnatyam and has bagged several merit scholarships. A short stint in the aerospace industry paved way to a desire to get into the country's bureaucratic setup and channelise her potential to the serving the society. Her efforts bore fruits when she cleared the exam with AIR 84.

His Journey

Born in Tiruppur district of Tamil Nadu, Akshy did his graduation from College of Engineering, Guindy. Akshy sourced his inspiration for the exam from his father who was also a Civil Services aspirant. He successfully reached the interview stage in his very first attempt but could not make it to the final list. He subsequently joined State Bank of India and carried on with his preparations. His efforts bore fruits and he was able to ace the exam in his second attempt with a 2-digit rank!
